How to start the console in Maintenance Mode

A Wii with Firmware 3.x is required. To get into the so called 'Maintenance Mode' you have to hold both + and - and then press A at the health warning screen.

Things that differ from normal mode

- Wii's Messageboard is disabled

- Files which are copied to SD are using a different private key for encryption

  Those files can't be used on another Wii in maintenance mode, neither in normal mode
